I have always been active, and despite being diagnosed with MBC I am determined not to let Cancer impact my ability to exercise.  Exercise for me, no matter what it is, helps relieve every day stressors and renews my energy.   Exercise helps relieve feelings of anxiety, stress and even pain.  My goal is to inspire and encourage everyone to exercise, no matter what it is, do it for yourselves.  I hope by sharing fitness thoughts, exercises and more I can help motivate others.
